Vamos comer uma saladinha de beterraba?
-Ah, mas ter que cozinhar a bendita da beterraba na panela de pressão...
Isso é passado!
Agora que aprendi essa dica, ficou muito mais prático fazer a minha saladinha de beterraba.
É muito rápido, veja:
Acrescente 6 colheres d'água, amarre bem o saquinho e faça dois pequenos furinhos na parte de cima (para o vapor sair).
Coloque esse saquinho em um prato e leve ao microondas na potência alta por 10 minutos em média (no meu, foram necessários 13 minutos).
Por fim, deixe o saquinho descansar 3 minutos para o vapor sair.
Aí é o mesmo processo do cozimento na pressão: espetar com um garfo e descascar em água corrente. A casca sai bem facilmente!
